Saturday Baking :-)
Well, today I had the kitchen to myself (not counting the little helper Iona) and so had lots of fun baking for our family’s upcoming vacation at the beach.   2 dozen muffins (for church tomorrow morning) 1 coffee cake 1 pan cinnamon rolls (with almonds and apricots) 30 hot-dog buns 7 dozen cookies

A little riding update...
This afternoon our neighbor Bill K (and fellow cyclist) blessed Galena and I by doing an overhaul of our bikes.  Wow…way cool!  I got a new chain, cables, brake pads installed and wheels trued for a fraction of the cost of taking the thing in to a shop.  After 5000+ miles it definitely needed it.  I am so thankful for good neighbors!  Really looking forward to giving it a test run tomorrow!...
